This is a fan art of Count D from the manga "PetShop of Horrors" by Matsuri Akino. ^^ And yes, the lovely Count is indeed a man.
His little rabbit bat thing is Q-Chan. ^^ This is a commission I did for a nice girl named Jupebox on Gaia Online. She was one of my art auction winners. I was very happy because I adore Count D. I'm adding colour now. I'll probably do a few more Art Auctions there, as they are very encouraging. ^^ And the people who bid are all so nice.  |

I drew the sketch in pencil, then I scanned the rough pencil and outlined the picture in photoshop with my tablet.
The tool was the number 3 brush preset with "other dynamics" checked off. (If you use photoshop you should know I think).
